2010 Guandu International Outdoor Sculpture Festival-- “Nature, Art & Life” Guandu Nature Park, Taipei, Taiwan, April 23– August 29, 2010.

Artists from many countries are invited to create sculpture iinstallations that raise awareness about environmental issues related to land, water and culture. Works are designed for an urban nature park with an emphasis on wetlands conservation and environmental education.

One has to notice that the article failed to take into account the history of capitalism, i.e. a large amount of carbon had already been emitted in the past by the so called developed countries today.

It's really a matter of production, rather than trade.

影片介紹:以印度生態女性主義運動者、范達娜˙席娃博士(Vandana Shiva)為主角；紀錄她長年對抗如孟山都等跨國企業，並成立「九種基金會」，證明社區的「種子銀 行」可以讓小農免於跨國企業掌控種子。

第二屆全球綠人大會，於今年5月1~4日在巴西聖保羅召開，所謂的全球綠人（The Global Greens）是指全球綠黨及以環境、社會改革運動為志業的綠色政治運動者，這是ㄧ個以環保、和平、社會正義為共同訴求，所進行的跨國串連政治力量與國際 網絡。台灣曾參與2001 年於澳洲坎培拉的第一次全球綠人會議，全球綠人分成歐、美、菲、亞太四區，台灣更是亞太綠色聯盟的發起國之ㄧ。

4 月中旬，接到台灣綠黨的邀請加入開會代表團，身為環保團體的一員，對於這個難得以環境議題為主的國際會議，自然是深感興趣，即使是在辦公室工作最繁忙之 際，理監事與工作同仁們也毅然決定讓我可以請兩星期的假，飛越半個地球前往陌生的南美洲參與此一盛會。

前往巴西的代表團共有22人，由台 灣綠黨領隊，號召環保組織、勞工組織、都市改革與社區規劃的工作者、以及農民、原住民、學生保育社團代表所組成。儘管準備時間匆促，來自不同領域的成員 們，仍然在行前努力將各項議題與提案匯整翻譯完成，希望在大會上能有最好的表現。
